Refund Policy

Booking Cancellation Policy

We have a 3-day cancellation policy, which means you have 3 days after confirming your order. Orders 3 days and less from delivery dates are non cancellable. 

 

To start a cancellation, you can contact us at fifocarfleet@gmail.com. If your cancellation is accepted, we’ll reimburse the sum into your member credit. All discount coupons used in the order shall be deducted and deemed expired.

Damages and issues

Please inspect the vehicle upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

Upgrading and downgrading can be made with a minimum of 3 days before the date of delivery, depending on availability of cars. If in a situation of unavailability of the required vehicle, you are advised to proceed with cancellation. 

 

Refunds

All refunds approved will be credited in the form of store credits only.
